The ride back to home was faultless. Don't remember my previous Deauvilles having such a really delightful gearbox as this one. Have been finding excuses to go every-unecessary-where on it while poor Tiger's sitting there.
Now had a chance to have a really good close look round it; have to say that I'm very pleased.

I bought the Z250 without inspecting it first and taking it on trust from the description given to me by Julian and I must say it's a little gem, just what I was looking for, a nice little project that didn't need to much work.
Julian is very easy to deal with, nothing is to much trouble, not many dealers would put 12 months MOT on a project bike!, If you see a bike he's selling you like, buy it, it will be fine

Firstly - sincere thanks for a hassle free transaction regarding our purchase of the BMW R1150RS. I had a most enjoyable ride back to Shropshire last Saturday, and have hardly been off it since. Unsurprisingly it is running superbly, I have a day off tomorrow and intend to give it a treat and return it back to the condition you sold it in as I feel that I may be the first person in it's life to introduce it to rain.
The HT lead cover arrived today and is now fitted, thank you for obtaining that.
So, overall, I am very pleased with the bike to date, and am pleased that I held out for what appears to be "The One" despite clocking up massive miles across the land looking at lesser machines.

Just a few words about the bike. Have now fitted the centrestand, engine bars and the lower seat for us short of leg. The bike looks really good and looking forward to getting out on it at last. The problems that you ended up having to sort out on the bike before the delivery prove that you are prepared to go the extra mile to make an honest sale. Hi Julian, I bought my bike from you in april, the Ducati 749s. I had a make over at the end of July by Rage Designs in Warrington, they do the paintwork for Ducati’s british and world superbikes teams. The company i work for “Wrigleys” paid for this to be done. This is now the only 749s with this race paint job on the road in the UK. I just thought I’d like to send you some pictures of my bike. By the way the bike is still going very well and is mint condition. I’ve only done about 600 miles on her.
